I recently placed a large order (books, CDs, and a carrying case for my new Acer computer) with Amazon.com. Some of the items are used (oops! pre-owned), so they are being shipped separately by third-party sellers. I just received an e-mail message informing me that one of my CDs has been shipped. The CD is by U.K., a British band. The album is Live in America (recorded in 1978). The CD is being shipped from England by a British company—to me, an American. British, American, British, American.
