Where are all the law professors who expressed outrage at President Bush's use of signing statements? Are they okay for President Obama but not for President Bush? Whatever happened to intellectual integrity?
Addendum: To its credit, the editorial board of the New York Times appears willing to apply a single standard to President Bush and President Obama. We shall see.
