I don't understand this controversy. If you ignorantly purchased a Kindle and subscribed to some books for it, only to have them removed under the terms of the subscription agreement, you have no basis for complaint. Why would you simply assume that your rights to read books on a Kindle are identical to your rights to possess and use a paper book? If you don't like not having the same bundle of rights that you have when you buy a paper book, don't buy a Kindle.
