Follow my logic. Cramping, to which athletes are prone, is bad, meaning uncomfortable. Cramping can be prevented by potassium. Bananas are naturally high in potassium. Therefore, since bananas are cheap and delicious, I eat a banana every day. That's right. Four year ago today, I began eating a banana a day. I haven't missed a day. Do you eat bananas? If you have cramps, you might want to think about doing so.
