Stick a fork in the Chicago Cubs. They're six games behind the St Louis Cardinals and falling fast. (They're also six games behind the Colorado Rockies for the wild-card spot.) I used to be indifferent to the Cubs, who are known as the Lovable Losers. That changed when Cub fans brutalized Steve Bartman. How twisted do you have to be to blame this man for decades of losing? What kind of person would make someone's life a living hell merely because he innocently tried to catch a foul ball? It sickens me. I hope the Cubs never make it to another World Series. Their fans don't deserve it, and justice requires that people get what they deserve.
