Here is the final kilometer of today's stage of the Tour of Spain, which featured a high-speed crash. The three-week tour is over. Spanish cyclist Alejandro Valverde, who has won many big one-day races, won by 55 seconds over his compatriot Samuel Sanchez. It's Valverde's first grand-tour victory. (The grand tours, in order of importance, are the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia, and the Vuelta a Espana.) Australian Cadel Evans finished third.
