My friend Carlos informs me that Saturday's game in Lincoln will be the 300th consecutive home sellout for the Nebraska Cornhuskers (né Bugeaters). The streak goes back to 1962, when I was five! Other programs may have fans who are just as loyal, but nobody has fans who are more loyal.
