Mark Spahn sent a link to this blog post by Steve Sailer, who, like Mark Steyn, Thomas Sowell, and Camille Paglia, is always worth reading. Some pundits, I regret to say, are never worth reading, which is why I don't (or no longer) read them.
Addendum: Is anyone besides me put off by Sailer's penchant for using italics and boldface? Links are bad enough; but seemingly every other word in his blog posts is either italicized or emboldened, and sometimes both! If you emphasize too much, you end up emphasizing nothing.
