Both the Minnesota Twins and my beloved Detroit Tigers won today, so the teams will meet Tuesday at 4:00 Central Time for the divisional title. While I'm not happy that there will be a playoff (the Tigers should have won the title outright), at least the Tigers control their own destiny. The Kansas City Royals bent over for the Twins the past three games, while the Chicago White Sox played the Tigers tough.
