The New York Times is dying a slow death. Suppose the publisher of the Times were offered a choice: Either (1) continue publishing progressive propaganda disguised as news and eventually go out of business or (2) stay in business but stop publishing progressive propaganda disguised as news. I have no doubt that the publisher would choose 1. Why do I say this? Because the Times could have staved off bankruptcy years ago by returning to honest journalism. That it has not done so suggests that it would rather die than change. Progressives are not known for their intelligence. They run on emotion.
