Boondocks For the love of God, people, don't take up running. If you already have, it's too late. If you haven't, don't. You will find yourself doing crazy things such as running in a cold rain, as I just did. My hands are still not working properly. My rule of thumb is to run shirtless if it's 45º Fahrenheit or higher. It was 54º when I left the house, so I figured I'd be plenty warm. I underestimated how cold it would get with a wet body and a wind. A man who was bundled up against the elements yelled at me as I passed, "Man, you crazy to be out runnin' in this." I yelled back, bravely, "No, it's perfect running weather." He was right. But guess what? I'll do it again. And again. And again. It's called addiction.
