George W. Bush was blamed (by the likes of Paul Krugman) for every bad thing that happened during his presidency, even if he had no causal role in it. When will progressives blame Barack Obama for the bad things that are happening during his presidency, such as the astronomically high (and increasing) unemployment rate? Oh, wait. I'm assuming, falsely, that progressives care about consistency.
