Here is Jed Babbin's latest column. I truly believe that Americans are going to rise up against the socialists next year. It won't be unanimous, for there are people who want a massive, intrusive government, either because they themselves benefit from it or because they're convinced that it produces peace, justice, and prosperity. You can't reason with these people, any more than you can reason with a rabid dog; all you can do is outnumber them on election day. Let's roll Obama back! Let's return to the basics of personal responsibility, self-sufficiency, and individual liberty. Those who want the opposite of these things—social responsibility, interdependence, and paternalism—can move to Europe or Canada.
