Here is a story about the latest batch of Hall of Fame candidates. It's disgraceful that Jack Morris is not in the National Baseball Hall of Fame. He was the winningest pitcher of the 1980s (162 victories in 10 seasons) and one of the greatest clutch pitchers of all time. The man was a horse. He took the ball every fourth day and expected to pitch a complete game (of which he had 175 in his career; Greg Maddux had 109 and Mike Mussina 57). I say that Morris should be in the Hall not because he was a Detroit Tiger, but in spite of his being a Minnesota Twin and a Toronto Blue Jay. Do you agree with me about Morris?
