To keep my weight at 155 pounds, I consume no more than 2,200 calories per day. About a third of that amount comes from the same wholesome items, to wit:

One ounce of roasted salted almonds.

Three pieces of Dove dark chocolate.

Eight ounces of orange juice.

A banana.
