To keep my weight at 155 pounds, I consume no more than 2,200 calories per day. About a third of that amount comes from the same wholesome items, to wit:

  • One ounce of roasted salted almonds.
  • A tablespoon of honey.
  • Two prunes.
  • Three pieces of Dove dark chocolate.
  • Eight ounces of orange juice.
  • A banana.
