Re “Compassion in New Jersey” (editorial, Jan. 13):
New Jersey’s legalization of medically prescribed marijuana is not, as you state, a “show of compassion.” It is the righting of a wrong. It is profoundly immoral to make criminals of people for using marijuana for medical purposes (or to relax or get high).
