You will not believe what I just saw in my crystal ball. The Detroit Tigers beat the San Francisco Giants in four games in the 2010 World Series. Justin Verlander pitches a perfect game in game four, having shut out the Giants, 1-0, in game one. Tim Lincecum, the very definition of a hard-luck pitcher, loses both games. Please don't say that I'm delirious from lack of baseball for the past two and a half months. Yes, sometimes I turn on the television set, hoping to see a baseball game, but that's not a sign of delirium. Yes, sometimes I sob uncontrollably when I hear a crowd roar, but that's normal. Yes, sometimes I drive past the Ballpark in Arlington late at night, thinking there might be a game being played, but there's nothing wrong with that.
