California may enact single-payer health care. Two questions: First, won't healthy people leave the state, so as to avoid having to pay significantly higher taxes? Second, won't sick people enter the state, to get free health care? Do California legislators understand basic economics? If so, then they are trying desperately to destroy what is left of a great state.
