John Yoo has been vindicated. Will the progressive law professors who smeared him now apologize? Don't hold your breath.
Addendum: See pages 7-8 of Jeremy Waldron's essay for his smear of Yoo. To disagree with Waldron about torture, as Yoo does, is to "dishonor" the legal profession. Imagine.
