Jack Bauer has inflicted a great deal of pain and suffering during the two and a half years in which I have watched 24. A week ago, he killed Dana Walsh in cold blood. She was unarmed and not threatening him or anyone else. That's the first thing he's done that's unjustified. I predict that Jack will be charged with murder by the end of the current series. Dana deserved to die, but it was not Jack's place to kill her. He is not God.
