I recently purchased this movie on DVD (for five dollars). I used to have it on VHS. Katherine and I watched it last night. I've seen it several times in my life and always laugh uproariously at every scene. What's your favorite scene? There are so many good ones that it's hard to pick. I like when Steve Martin tells Marie about how long each day with her seemed. And how could you not like his song, "I'm picking out a Thermos for you"?

Addendum 2: Here is Steve Martin talking about the movie. I read somewhere that Martin, like Woody Allen, studied philosophy as an undergraduate. I think this helps them see the zaniness of everyday life.
