Here are video highlights from today's stage of the Tour de France. The stage winner was French cyclist Sylvain Chavanel, who averaged 23.47 miles per hour for 102.8 miles. Chavanel, who is not a sprinter, has won two stages in this year's Tour, which is remarkable considering that he fractured his skull just two and a half months ago. Today's stage was hard, but not as hard as tomorrow's. The big boys will come out to play. Here is a preview.
