Here are video highlights of today's stage of the Tour de France. The stage winner was Luxembourgian cyclist Andy Schleck, who averaged 23.95 miles per hour for 117.4 miles. Lance Armstrong crashed at the foot of the penultimate climb and lost 11:45 on Schleck. Here is amateur video that shows Armstrong sliding along the pavement on his back at 40 miles per hour. Ouch! That he climbed back onto his bike and continued riding is amazing. Tomorrow is a rest day.
