My adoptive team, the Texas Rangers, is in first place and playing well. Behind the scenes, however, there is turmoil. Here is a New York Times story about the sale of the Rangers. I don't have a dog in the fight, but I do know that Nolan Ryan is good people, so I suppose I'd be happy if he acquired the team.
