Yesterday's high temperature of 102º Fahrenheit gave us 17 consecutive days of at least 100º. I went out for my run (3.1 miles at a 7:46 mile pace) during the hottest part of the day. It was 101.7º when I left the house and the same temperature when I returned. The heat index was 107º. The best part of the run is that I found three pennies. If I keep running, I'll get rich.
