Here is an interesting New York Times story about Supreme Court law clerks. There is a big difference between saying that the Supreme Court is politicized and saying that the Supreme Court ought to be politicized. The former is irrelevant to the latter, so its truth (if it is true) goes no way toward supporting the truth of the latter.
