Here is a puff piece about Barack Obama, in which the author does everything he can to delegitimize those who believe that Obama is an alien presence in our body politic. The evidence of Obama's alienness is everywhere, and no, it has nothing to do with race, except in the fevered minds of progressives (where everything has to do with race). The so-called mainstream media failed to do their job in the run-up to the 2008 election, with the result that Americans were deprived of information about Obama. Two years into his presidency, Americans are discovering, to their horror, that they elected someone who doesn't believe or value what they do, and who doesn't share their worldview, identity, or loyalties. The good news is that in our political system, mistakes can be corrected.
