To the Editor:

Reading the results of the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life poll (news article, Sept. 28) was enlightening.

I hope that those who are trying to push specific religious agendas on
everyone in this country read it and realize that when it comes to
something as complex (and often misunderstood) as religion, it’s best to
keep its dogma out of our legal code.

With so many different religions in this country, and so many different
ways of understanding (or not understanding) them, no one group is
entitled to claim that its beliefs should be the law of the land.

Note from KBJ: Which religion (besides Global Warmism) is (1) trying to push its "agenda" on everyone in this country and (2)  claiming that its beliefs should be the law of the land? By the way, is the letter writer implying that if there were just one religion in this country, as opposed to "many different religions," it would be entitled to have its "dogmas" enforced by law? What a strange letter!
