This man, a dean of a law school, is a political hack. He thinks that if a Supreme Court decision works to the advantage of corporations, it was motivated by a desire to benefit corporations. Well, no. It may have been motivated by a desire to enforce the law as such. Note also the tendentious language: "marriage equality for gays and lesbians." This begs the question whether there is a relevant difference between homosexual couples and heterosexual couples as regards marriage. If there is, then it would be unjust to treat all couples the same. If I were a student at the dean's law school, I'd be embarrassed.
