Josh Hamilton of the Texas Rangers has won the American League Most Valuable Player award. I was privileged to watch every game he played this season. (Okay, I missed a few while on vacation in Michigan.) What saddens me is that, while he had a superb ALCS, his overall average in this year's postseason was .190. He faltered when it mattered most.
