Forgive my pedantry, but you can't "overrule Obamacare," as the title of this essay suggests. A higher court reverses decisions of a lower court; a court overrules its own previously decided cases; statutes are repealed or amended. The title of the essay should therefore be, "Repealing Obamacare." Other than that quibble, I like the essay.
