My friend Peg shares some Christmas memories. My family, though areligious (do you like that term?), always celebrated Christmas. My mother prepared a feast, after the eating of which we opened presents that had been stacked for weeks under the Christmas tree. Believe it or not, we didn't always have a white Christmas in Michigan. When we did have snow, we would go outside at some point to drive snowmobiles, skate, have snowball fights, chop firewood, or play football. I will go to my grave with wonderful Christmas memories.
