Dr John J. Ray, of Brisbane, Australia, had a delightful Christmas, as I did. John helped me get started in blogging in November 2003. It's hard to believe that more than seven years have passed since that fateful day. I read John's blog (his main one, anyway) every day. He is an inspiration to me.
