I have a question for those who think that Lance Armstrong used performance-enhancing drugs. How did he win the 1993 World Championship at the tender age of 21? He beat the best cyclists in the world, as this video shows. Was he using drugs then? If not, then he's a special athlete, one who doesn't need to cheat in order to win.
