This column by Charles Krauthammer is the best thing I've read about the Tucson massacre. Progressives such as Paul Krugman should be ashamed of themselves for imputing political motives to the mass murderer. They hate conservatives and will stop at nothing—I do mean nothing—to defame them. Krugman's rhetoric is more vitriolic than that of any conservative, by far. If any good comes of this tragedy, it is that fair-minded Americans now know how depraved and irresponsible progressives are. They cannot be entrusted with governance.
