Six of the nine Supreme Court justices are expected to attend this evening's State of the Union Address (at 8:00 Central Time). I'm surprised. I thought few if any would attend. A year ago, as you may recall, President Obama humiliated the justices who composed the majority in Citizens United. Justice Alito mouthed the words "Not true." It was disrespectful and inappropriate of the president to act this way. How would the president like it if a Supreme Court justice humiliated him?
