I have not followed the actor Charlie Sheen at all.
The last movie of his I saw was a comedy titled "<Something> Part Dieu," in which his character was on a military mission in Saddam Hussein's Iraq.
I have never watched his TV show(s?).
But in the last few day I have caught excerpts of TV interviews of him after he was fired (why?) from a TV show in which he appeared, and I am impressed by how well he speaks. Excerpts:
- "I'm tired of pretending I'm not a total, bitchin' rock star from Mars."
- "What not to love [about me]? Especially when you see how I party. It was epic. The run I was on made Sinatra, Flynn, Jagger, Richards just look like droopy-eyed armless children."
- "I am on a drug. It's called Charlie Sheen. It's not available because if you try it you will die. Your face will melt off and your children will weep over your exploded body."
This is great writing! Some of these striking images would never have occurred to me: from Mars, armless, your face will melt off. Is Sheen this creative on his own? Is he really extemporizing, or is he delivering lines written by a Dylan-like poet?
Who is his script writer?
