I hope you are doing well. After reading a recent article on Ron Paul's questioning (whether accurate or not) of what people think are "rights," I wrote a post discussing the natures of legal and natural rights and how they may determine whether something in public policy is a "right" or just a "good/bad idea." I used universal health-care as an example.
