I was aghast as I read your editorial "Hoosiers on the Lam" (March 23) about another group of Democratic state representatives fleeing their states to prevent their governments from functioning. The legislatures of Indiana and Wisconsin are comprised [sic; should be "composed"] of recently elected senators and representatives and reflect the will of the people in those states. What right do they have to completely negate this will? The fact that the press, good government groups and concerned citizens are not up in arms over this abrogation of our democratic process and social contract is horrifying.

It is now clear that when Democrats say, "My way or the highway," they really mean it.
