Many people take it for granted that there is a moral right to health care. It should not be taken for granted. A case must be made for it. Here is an essay by Princeton-trained philosopher David Kelley in which he argues against a moral right to health care. (I mention Kelley's credentials not because they give his values any more weight, but because they show that he's intelligent. You don't get a Ph.D. degree from Princeton without being intelligent.)
