So Tyler Hamilton admits to having lied for years. And now we're supposed to believe him when he claims that Lance Armstrong used performance-enhancing drugs? Two Americans, Floyd Landis and Tyler Hamilton, both of whom served as domestiques to Armstrong, have accused Armstrong of cheating. Landis and Hamilton were not stars; they had to cheat in order to win races. Armstrong was winning races when he was a teenager. Was he cheating way back then? Think about it.

Do I know that Armstrong didn't cheat when he won seven Tours de France? No. But I need better evidence than the testimony of two confirmed liars. Armstrong has never tested positive for a banned substance, and he has been tested more often than any athlete in the history of the world. Either he's not cheating or he's damn good at evasion.

Addendum: Here is Armstrong's reply to Hamilton.
