Here is a critique of the op-ed column I discussed (ever so briefly) yesterday. The sheer idiocy of the op-ed column makes you wonder about the hiring procedures employed by the University of Chicago Law School. Does diversity mean hiring imbeciles as well as the intellectually competent?
