Aw, shucks. I'm "Blog of the Day" on Legal Insurrection, which is one of the top blogs in the blogosphere. Law professor William Jacobson has been good to me with links during the past few years. I find it interesting that some blogs don't link to smaller bloggers. Power Line, for example, has never linked to me (to my knowledge), despite the fact that I have sent links to its proprietors and linked to it several times. I no longer read Power Line, much less link to it. Professor Jacobson is one of the good guys, so I hope you frequent his blog. I read it every day. I love the new design.
