I had a lot to do today, so I made a list. My plan was to mark off items as I completed them. Along the way, I paused to mark down additional items as they occurred to me. While I was in the grocery store, I had a conversation with a shelf stocker. He said he had to go to another aisle to mark up some canned goods. "Don't mark on the labels," I said.
