All of a sudden, I'm seeing and hearing "body of work," as in "Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford doesn't have the same body of work as USC quarterback Mark Sanchez." We already have a word for this: "oeuvre" (the root of "hors d'oeuvre," which means outside the work). Why use four syllables when you can use one? Oh wait, stupidity.
