Do you like your baseball announcers? I grew up with Ernie Harwell, George Kell, Paul Carey, and Al Kaline as my announcers for the Detroit Tigers. I now have Josh Lewin and Tom Grieve (on television) and Eric Nadel and Dave Barnett (on radio) for the Texas Rangers. I can't even imagine better announcers than these eight. I know it's exceedingly unlikely that I happened to have the best announcers in two places, but I have. I'm lucky. Josh Lewin is very good at what he does, and very funny to boot. Right now, the Rangers trail the Oakland Athletics, 1-0, in the sixth inning. Lewin said that the Rangers are experiencing "connectile dysfunction." I feel sorry for you for having inferior announcers. Maybe you should move to North Texas. Then again, stay the hell away. We have enough people in these parts.
