I doubt you noticed this but so far this year in the AL East:

Red Sox are 5-0 versus the Yankees
Red Sox are 2-5 versus the Rays
Rays are 1-2 versus Yankees (heading into a two game series tonight)

Yankees have been abysmal versus the Sox as have the Sox been versus the Rays. I expected more even match ups between these teams, which may occur over the balance of the season.
