I have two comments about this editorial opinion. First, the only criticism I have seen of Judge Sonia Sotomayor is from progressives, such as Jeffrey Rosen. I have seen no criticism of her by conservatives. Second, the editorial board must have forgotten how savagely (or at least disrespectfully) it treated John Roberts and Samuel Alito when they were nominated to the Supreme Court. Can you say "hypocrite"?
