I enjoyed the current "season" of 24. Did you? Yesterday's final two episodes were, as expected, tense. Jack Bauer is still alive. I'm sure he'll be back to health for the next season. Renee Walker has gone renegade, like Jack. I thought the two of them would end up in bed, but then, there's no time for such things in a fast-paced, danger-filled 24-hour period. David Emerson didn't reappear, as I predicted; but there's always next season. Who knows? Maybe Bill Buchanan will reappear as well. Nothing is impossible on television! I didn't like it that Jack was reduced to a stumbling, bumbling man for the final few episodes. (He was infected with a biological agent.) We knew he wasn't going to die, so what was the point? Let him stay healthy. I hope we don't see the Janeane Garofalo character next year. I know she's acting, but I find it hard to look at her without thinking of her vile views. In case you missed it, she called the Tea Party protesters racists. No evidence was cited for this scurrilous charge. She just knows what motivates them.
