My friend Jeff sent a link to this blog post (or is it a column?) by Victor Davis Hanson. Sometimes I wonder why I bother holding progressives to strict standards of logic and accuracy. It's becoming increasingly clear that they don't give a damn about either. They have an objective—securing power over others—and they'll do whatever it takes to achieve it. They employ double standards; they commit fallacies; they use manipulative rhetoric; and they lie. We conservatives should refuse to do what progressives do. We may lose at the ballot box, but we'll have our self-respect.
